Most of our custom software is written at our studio in Rawilpindi, Pakistan, where you will be assigned an on-site project manager. 2. Project Proposal
We will review and discuss your project with our team of developers and we will create a formal proposal outlining our understanding of your software requirements and propose a costing structure and rough timeline.
Timeframe: 2-4 days
3. Specification
This is the most important part of the development process. We will analyze your project in great depth and create a detailed specification outlining all functional requirements, software architecture, interactivity, and UI requirements. Here we will outline timeframes in greater detail and will be able to provide detailed project budget guidelines. Once you approve this document and we will commence.
Timeframe: 2-6 weeks.
4. Development
We will assign a team of developers to your project under a project manager, whom you may contact at all times. They will upload project tasks, phases, and milestones into our online project management system and will commence development and deployment of project phases. Your will be invited to review your application at various stages for feedback and compliance with the specification document.
Timeframe: 1-36 weeks

5. QA & Documentation
We try and automate as much of our QA process as possible into the development stage by employing test automation. At the end of each phase, we employ a model based testing approach to debug, and this is executed by our UI/UE professionals who analyze and ensure that our applications are optimized for user simplicity and accomplish their objectives utilizing the least user actions possible.

6. Help & Support
We value our partners and will continue to support all applications that we've built. We stand behind our products. On project completion, you will be given a dedicated support & ticketing system. You may use to report to us any bugs or problems that arise after implementation and we will promptly devise a solution.
